Critter Care Veterinary Hospital in Thorndale PA

They're the only vet I can trust and rely on for excellent treatment every time. They took great care of all my family's babies, rats, dogs, snake, anything man. These guys are the best vet in the state. They're compassionate, go out of the way to do everything they can for you and really just seem to make you and your babies feel important. They care about helping your babies just like you and it shows. We've been going to them for years and that isn't changing anytime soon. If you're looking for a great clinic for your babies this is it!

I am writing this review so other pet owners can be fully informed before trusting this practice with their animals. I brought my Shetland Sheepdog, Lilly, to Critter Care Veterinary Hospital in Thorndale after discovering a mass on the side of her face near her mouth. We sought a second opinion because our local vet told us they did not know what the mass was and could not perform surgery if needed. At our initial appointment at Critter Care, I was again told they did not know what the growth was. No biopsy or CT scan was performed prior to scheduling surgery. Lilly’s surgery was scheduled within days. It's hard to describe how pleased we are with Critter Care and its Vets, Techs, and staff. They are VERY knowledgeable, caring, and let us be part of each visit and how our aging dogs are treated. We had used another nearby clinic for years, but it just felt like they started nickel and diming us for every little thing. I understand that caring for older dogs can get expensive (just like humans!), but I know our dogs are in the best possible place with Critter Care.

First two pics are when I took her to Critter Care and she was under there care and the last two are when I took her to Furdunkin and she got treated properly. I had taken my animals to Critter Care for years. Including my exotic pets so I almost hate to say this but it’s important when your animals are your family! Recently, I had my one year old Chihuahua get sick and I had taken her on a Tuesday. She acted lethargic and didn’t wanna walk,eat or drink. I took her to Critter care and They sent us home with a lot of antibiotics, not knowing what was wrong with her.
