Gentle Dental of New Baltimore

I had such a wonderful experience at Gentle Dental in New Baltimore. The staff were kind, welcoming, and took me in right on time. Monica, the dental hygienist, was amazing — so gentle, professional, and she explained everything with such care that I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Ali was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. I’m truly grateful for their excellent care and highly recommend this clinic!

I have been coming here for years! I had the worst experience 6 months ago, but the office manager Kim assured me the employee was no longer there and to give it another chance. Fast forward to today, that employee was all of a sudden back and it made me feel very uncomfortable. Then, Monica ( who is the main reason I stayed in the first place) was very unprofessional and refused to do my cleaning today. I was also supposed to meet the new dentist, but I guess he was too busy to address the situation! I do not recommend this place anymore!

I came in with a broken tooth. The new Doctor is awesome. Friendly and thorough. I needed a crown and with the temporary in place I started to experience pain. Doctor got me right back in, diagnosed the problem and corrected it. No pain since second visit and permanent crown is snuggly in place. Thank you to the doctor and friendly staff

Dr. Ali performed an insert on my upper right side. I felt very little discomfort during the procedure. He numbed me up really good and his technique was outstanding.

Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful. Doctor Ali did a root canal on one of my teeth. I literally felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure. I highly recommend him!
