I’ve been a patient at this dental office for over 30 years, my entire family saw Dr. Hartman since I was a baby. Sadly, since her retirement, the quality of care, professionalism, and integrity of the practice have gone downhill. The new dentist is rude, talks over patients, and asks inappropriate and irrelevant questions. For example, during one appointment, she asked if my gag reflex “affects my personal life,” which was completely unprofessional and unrelated to my treatment. She also seems more focused on generating revenue than providing appropriate care. I went to Dr. Osowa for a broken molar. She placed a crown on the tooth and it's been great ! She is not only very professional, but extremely kind . I'll be back to see Diane, for my cleaning in July. She's a great hygienist and keeps me informed of my oral health. I love Bay Dentistry!

I highly recommend taking your family here for there hygiene needs!!! My son is 13 and we came here about 1 month ago, let me tell you when I say they actually care about there patients and what's best for them, my son had some fillings and needed some sealing done as well as a referral for an Ortho visit... And everything is taking care of in 1 month!!! We were having to go every 3 months to our last dentist.. best thing I did was change dentist 🦷 finally can say he's finished with what he needed done and now can go every 6 months for his cleaning. It was just a nightmare at old dentist 🦷..... From waiting those gaps in between appointments to do his fillings.
