Gentle Dental Newberg

We took our kid to this clinic for braces, and wow, what a great experience! The staff was super friendly and caring, making our child feel totally comfortable right away. We got in for our appointment right on time—no waiting around, which is a big deal with kids! The doctors were awesome, taking the time to explain every step of the braces process in a way that was easy to understand. They answered all our questions, genuinely love what they do and are great with kids.

They cancel my appointments every time I schedule even though its months out. Then they want to reschedule at times when I have to be at work. Its October and after THEM canceling on me the soonest they can schedule me at a time im not at work is in June. Pretty crappy. But it just has to be on their time or I can just deal with it. If I complain they just hang up on me quickly as if im the one. This has happened 3 times int he past 2 years.If you like being treated like your a bother choose this dentist.

Was told on phone to arrive around 730 am to get a tooth pulled in-between other patients but after X-ray than wait longer saw dentist to get appointment a month later in McMinnville. Staff all nice but waiting time bad

The entire staff was fantastic. The dentist, the dental assistant, and office staff were all a joy and professional to work with. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve been going to the same dentist my whole life and felt nervous to switch. The parking was easy. The front desk staff was super patient and check in was very easy. The dental assistant was super kind and so sweet she was also very informative when taking x-rays. She let me know if there was any discomfort she could reposition the piece and even considered that my son was present and made sure he was in a safe space and still able to see me. Dr. Riddle was prompt, and very friendly. Made sure to connect with me and ask my concerns before looking in my mouth. Check out and scheduling was also a smooth experience. If your looking for a new provider as a new patient, this place was excellent.
