I started working with Karen last August. My neck was really a problem and I was having a lot of discomfort. I had previously done PT for it, but we found I had some other things that were affecting my neck. I am so pleased with the results I have had since I started with Karen. I rarely have much neck discomfort any longer, and I’m enjoying the fun strengthening and mobility workouts with her. Highly recommend !!!

Karen is very knowledgeable, caring, and gentle wanting the best for me. I so appreciated her educating me on exercises that actually helped my problem. Although it’s named garage physical therapy. The garage is a physical therapy department on its own. Everything you would need is there.

I am really pleased with Karen at Garage Training and Rehab. In just four visits, my pain has decreased, my strength has increased, and my knowledge and understanding of my body mechanics is greatly improved my outcomes. I am glad I made the commitment...and was mostly influenced by Karen's genuine investment in me.

Karen has taken such good care of me! It is so fun to see her actively problem solve and adapt mid-session. Her depth of experience is very evident in her work. I appreciate that she is always seeking to learn new modalities and integrate them into her tool kit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Karen is the BEST physical therapist I've ever had. I met her 15 years ago after a hard-to-recover knee replacement surgery and her skills and expertise helped me to walk normally again. She is highly trained and was a lead PT with Providence for many years. I just tracked her down and discovered she is now in private practice. She doesn't bill or accept insurance, but the personal attention and one-on-one evaluation/exercises/ hands-on therapy/massage during a session are worth paying out of pocket.
