Gentle Care Massage Center

I called to make sure they accepted walk-in appointments and had time for an hour back massage. The lady on the phone was nice. The massage itself was weird- the lady (different from the phone) was all over the place and not actually rubbing/kneading but "patting" or digging her elbows in and I tried numerous times to explain please focus on this part of my back as I'm having issues. Communication was not working so I stopped her and showed her please rub here. Nope. I tried encouraging her with positive noises hums and whatnot... Nope. At one point she actually got on her knees on the table above my head (literally squatting above my head) to dig her elbows into my butt!!!!! That's not my back lady!! She then left the room without saying anything and left the door open
