⭐️ 1/5 Star Review for Genoa Pharmacy, Saint Louis Park Absolutely 100% positively the worst customer service I've ever encountered over the phone. I was assured by my Dr. that my medications would be delivered due to unexpected issues with picking them up. I was told to call if they weren't delivered by Friday or the following Monday, so I waited until the next Friday to reach out. When I called, the person who answered acknowledged a mistake on their end and promised that my meds would be delivered by the end of the day. I thought everything was finally resolved, but then I received a voicemail late this afternoon saying they needed an update on my insurance info. This was frustrating, as it meant I would miss the delivery window due to their lack of communication. When I called back

I give only only 1 star because I can't give a 0! ZERO! I had been with Genoa for years through my Dr. Years ago and had little problems. Even after my Dr. Moved to a new location, I had stayed with Genoa. They used to update me when meds where available and give various options for mail or pick up. In the last 5 months I have been more than frustrated. First isssue...they did not tell me when my meds were ready. Second the meds were ready but not sent for 5 days ... even after I called and told them I could not pick up (I don't live that close to the area, I just trusted them). Three they made me feel it was my fault for having to call, and staff was extremely rude. Forth reason, last time I got my refill (a week late again, so dangerous! Ppl can't just stop medication!) I recieved one me

I have been getting my meds here for months now. If there are ever any issues, the staff always try to accommodate/help you figure out the best solution for you. I LOVE the staff. They’re all so friendly, kindhearted and wholesome ☺️💞

Love when they deliver. They should let their clients know ahead of time how many days it will actually take to arrive in the mail. They always tell me two and it's always about 4 or 5 days later. Sometimes they tell me my med has been filled and it isn't... So I have to call back a week later and refill again. But the customer service is great, and friendly. And the mail or delivery feature is a must!
