I am writing to express serious concerns about the customer service experience at this pharmacy. The level of professionalism has been extremely disappointing. On multiple occasions, phone calls have gone unanswered, and it feels as though calls are picked up selectively. When I have been able to speak with staff regarding refills or prescriptions, I have been told that my medication would be ready within an hour. However, upon arrival, the prescription was not ready, and I was required to wait an additional hour or more. Additionally, my interactions with the pharmacist, Chelsea, have felt inconsistent and, at times, dismissive. Impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or call back. It seems like they are way overburdened, the sad thing is they are dealing with customers who the majority have mental health problems, so the trickle down effect is dangerous. The staff need more help at this location. They are wonderful, but can't manage the workload of multiple people!!! Do better corporate.

Hours are short but the staff is incredible. They are on top of reminding me to pick up scripts and get my refills. Pick up is inside the health building so you may have to park farther off.

I was happy with this pharmacy years ago when I first transferred to them, but in the past six months or so, things have changed there. The pharmacy has gone all day without answering the phone, even when my doctors office tries to call. They no longer pre-stock medication’s, so when I call in for refills, I have to wait many days. And their delivery driver is the worst! I have complained and complained but they continue to send him. All he does is pull up out front and honk his horn- this is not Delivery! Being disabled, I need my meds delivered to my door, I should not be expected to walk out to his car when he honks and honks his horn. Very disappointed with Genoa Pharmacy.
