If I could give them a zero, I would. The guy running the place suffers from some sort of god complex, making up his own rules as he goes along and thinking he can treat people however he wants. I can't wait until CVS gets my meds back in stock so I never have to deal with these people again. Never had any problems getting it filled there. This guy clearly has a vendetta against people who are prescribed Benzos and takes great pleasure in making life difficult for us. He can blame it on the insurance company all he wants, but I've been dealing with them for long enough to know how they operate. I didn't even mention the disdainful tone he uses whenever he says the word, "Medicaid", as if not being able to afford regular health insurance somehow makes you ignorant and unworthy of his time.

DO NOT !!!! Use this pharmacy!! When a dr orders you to stop taking a medcine and start a total different medcine...but this place won't give it to you!! Forcing Patience to go against doctor's orders is absolutely disgusting!! Controlled substances or not... if it's a different medcine &/or milgram & there's a doctors order it should be filled with no problems!! Telling a Patient to finish the medicine that they have. After a doctor told him to stop taking it is a lawsuit waiting to happen...calling board of pharmacy now...

This pharmacy is awesome! They are definitely on the ball and on top of everything. Five ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service - every time :).

If you're sick of the lines, unfriendly staff, and overall poor service at Walgreens and/or CVS, then QOL Pharmacy is definitely worth a try. This is definitely a hidden place (inside of Porter-Starke), and I actually became aware of it on accident. But I'm thankful that I did, because I have never had a better experience at any pharmacy ... ever. The speed at which my prescriptions get filled is jaw-dropping (I've never waited more than five minutes for even a new prescription). The staff here is unbelievably attentive and friendly, and actually remember your name between visits! After getting fed up with those bigger pharmacies for the last time, I've transferred all my business here. Once you give it a try, I'm sure you will too. The difference is amazing.

Genoa pharmacy is wonderful. Even though it is small, and only staffed by 3 people - my prescriptions are always ready as I'm on my way home from the doctor's office.
