If you value your health or your life, I recommend NOT using this Pharmacy. I received a refill of my regular prescription, that had been managing my symptoms well on for nearly a year. The recent refill had a label on the bottle indicating that the change in appearance could be ignored and that it was simply a result of a change in manufacturers. The pills that were given to me had no markings of any kind on them. After about a week I noticed that the medication was no longer effective in treating my symptoms. The pharmacy and its employees are apparently protected from criminal liability under "ARS 13-3461. Placebos; exemption from coverage." Everytime I go to the Lakeside location, the different technicians initiate the highly satisfied option before giving me the pad. Most of the time I am very satisfied with the service, my only issue is the assumption and not giving me the option to write my own comments. I think this is very presumptuous and unprofessional.

I had Genoa for my pharmacy needs when I was with COPE Community Services. They are a great company & they hire some absolutely great people!

They are getting all my business! When you call they answer. Can you imagine that, an actual human answers!! Quick service too.
