I’d like to give a huge shout-out to Benita at the pharmacy 💊✨ I’m not sure if she’s a technician or pharmacist, but she was incredibly kind and went completely out of her way to help me. She answered all my questions, called my old pharmacy to sort out my medication that was on backorder, and even corrected a few things on the spot. Because of her, my medication should be available tomorrow — and I’m genuinely grateful. This is what real customer service looks like. Taking the time. Showing care. Not treating people like just another number in a big corporate pharmacy system. Thank you, Benita. My pharmacy in Tempe have the nicest pharm techs and they are always on top of their game. It's very efficient and fast quality service!

It shouldn't take over 40 minutes to have a few standard medications dispensed and given. Just because you are based out of a mental health facility doesn't justify third rate service. You can't possibly be that busy when there are 3 people working.
