I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a deeply disappointing and disrespectful experience I had at your pharmacy. While I initially appreciated the service I received at this location, the level of unprofessionalism and disregard I’ve experienced recently is unacceptable. On [insert date of incident], I called around 10:00 a.m. to request a refill, with the understanding that it would be ready for pickup the next morning at 9:00 a.m. When I arrived the next day, I was left waiting at the service window for about 10 minutes, clearly visible to the staff. Despite seeing me standing there, no one acknowledged me. One front desk staff member even turned away and then pretended not to see me before finally asking how she could help. They used to always work with me and my Dr to get what I need. Delivery has been a hassle lately. They say if you call by 130 you can get same day delivery but the last couple times I've called way earlier they've told me not til next day. I got to update my rating here. They've been pretty rude lately. I think I'm going to switch pharmacies.

This pharmacy is terrible. The past four times they sent out my medications they forgot one of them. I ended up having to wait a week until they could delivered them again. They also are not open on weekends. They said they will give you a reminder call but they don't. There have been several occasions where I went without my medications because of their mistakes. My co-pays also got messed up, so I ended up paying for them twice and never got refunded for it. I just transferred all my prescriptions and they missed one of them, yet they said they still didn't have it even though the doctor just said they did. I will never fill my prescriptions here again.

Hands down the best, most friendly and helpful pharmacy staff I've ever had. The option to have prescriptions delivered is convenient, accurate and always within the time frame provided. I've been able to have prescriptions delivered to my workplace, hotels and family members homes when I am staying there or busy at work. I've never waited longer than a few minutes while inside to pick up. Everyone is helpful, kind and patient oriented. And they'll give you some chocolate if you ask nicely! The only inconvenience to me is the weekends they're not open and they close at 5pm but problem is solved if you request a delivery as they'll deliver M-F until 9pm. I've never asked for weekend delivery so I can not comment on if they do or do not provide that service so for the rare situations requi

Genoa is the best Pharmacy I have ever used. Excellent Customer Service!!! Their delivery drivers are wonderful. Ryan (Pharmacist) is hands down the best in the business! They don't make mistakes ever...I came to expect it at Walgreens. Never again will I ever go anywhere else. Ryan and Theo strive for excellence!!!
