After dealing with Rite Aids inability to maintain a consistent stock of my very important medication Genoa Pharmacy was a breath of fresh air. My medication is always available to be picked up & they fill my scripts in a timely manner. The reason I did not give rate Genoa 5 stars is due to their limited hours during the week & that they're not open on the weekends. Otherwise I would recommend.

I've been going here for years like way too many years.I love the people, but they're not open on the weekends,They hardly ever have my medicine when I need it, they used to communicate well with frontier.Behavioral health, but now it keeps on being put on me to get my refills.And to make sure that they get signed and delivered, and I really am just frustrated with this pharmacy.My doctor just told me to go get my monthly shot.And they're like, no, we can't do that, because they're a policy, and he told me to have them, call him and they won't even do that.Anyways, there's never any parking.I would suggest going to safeway pharmacy over this place because they're open till seven and on the weekends and they'll get your stuff, right

How do you guys even keep your doors open? I’ve had my insulin sent through there and never could retrieve from you guys. Y’all suck at your jobs sorry to say and I don’t say that lightly.

PLEASE READ UPDATE!!!! They take great care to make sure I'm getting everything I need. Been coming here a few years now. If they don't have a product they get it there in a reasonable time. They are knowledgeable about products, They care for thier customers and from what I see thier staff. Although they are closed during lunch, and weekends. They are worth checking out. UPDATE!! I've been coming here for years. Sadly over the last few months they changed. I always try to get my prescription a couple days in advance, just in case there's a problem with insurance. I've had problems before with prior authorization, didnt have enough to fill a full prescription., whatever it was. They always treated me like they cared. Yesterday and today however?? This pharmacy is awful. I am switching over from another pharmacy for my care home and am already regretting it. I have spoken to five different people there and every person has told me something different. The staff are extremely rude. They say they don’t receive paperwork that I’ve faxed in and somehow lost two of my clients’ accounts, even though they had those clients in the computer the previous day. It has taken three weeks to switch over to this pharmacy because they are so incompetent. I currently have clients out of medication because this pharmacy is unable to tell me what paperwork they need from me. They told me I needed a document (made by Genoa and I was only told about it on my fourth phone call) and when I asked where to find it they said “you should have it”. If I had it
