HORRIBLE . You get put on hold for ten twenty thirty minutes at a time and forgotten about until you call them back and then they try to tell you there aren’t refills on your chart when there are, they used to keep my medication reserved for me because by the time it was time to be refilled it was always on back order and i’d have to wait weeks and then start again at the starting dose which has caused me to lose quality of life not having access to my medication to function daily, now they won’t and again i’m wasting time trying to talk to the pharmacist to get my scripts and waiting for them to do what they claim they will do in the call waiting queue, they claim they’ll call when it’s time to refill your medications, put them on pill organizers and that they care about the clients they
