Don't trust Genoa Health with your prescriptions! Nov 8th 2025 I had my prescriptions transferred from Ralph's pharmacy to Genoa Health. I called Genoa Health January 5th to have a couple of prescriptions filled. I was told they didn't have any prescriptions from Ralph's transferred to them. I called them again today, January 7th and asked why my prescriptions were not in their system?? I was told that it must have been a computer glitch!! That's a very sad excuse! Genoa dropped the ball, and they don't want to admit that they screwed up. Don't trust what they say, because they will give you the next excuse that their dog ate your prescriptions! Deal with CVS or another reputable pharmacy in town. Genoa Health is not one.
