Like night and day compared to their Leesburg location. Staff are the nicest! Timely meds sent through mail with candy along for my son. They’re all great and caring and nice. 5 star. Probably the best customer service and friendly staff in the whole of Ocala. And that says a lot! Please don’t change!

I was going to Walgreens but the guy there always gives me a hard time because my skin is the wrong color so I got my medication transferred and the pharmacist at Genoa is AMAZING…. 🤩 she went above and beyond to help my wife and I. I’m not going anywhere else ever again. Also the lady at the counter was very helpful and polite.

3 months ago I gave this pharmacy a five-star review. If I could I would now give it a 10 star review. This is the most efficient, organized and well-run pharmacy I have ever used. Every time I have them mail my medications. They always send them out immediately and they always arrive within 48 hours. The rates are very reasonable for those without insurance and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. You could give Walgreens and CVS lessons in customer service, and managing a pharmacy. I live 35 miles away and I will continue to go out of my way to use this pharmacy. Thank you to Tammy and all the girls there for always making it a painless and pleasant experience. You all are the best!!!
