Pharmacy is located as far away from handicap parking as possible instead of nearest inside- or even before the Medical Offices. The line was slow, waiting area super cramped, and not ADA compliant. Will make sure to change scripts from this Medical Group to my regular pharmacy.

This is for the Norwich location: I see many great reviews here. I don't know why they can't treat ME that way. My experience has me thinking they are the worst pharmacy EVER! I have NEVER dealt with this kind of poor service. Rarely answer the phone, I've left multiple messages about my medications with my phone number at the beginning and end of the voice mail. Never have i ever gotten a call back. I've been waiting for a BREATHING MEDICATION. Read it again: BREATHING MEDICATION. Not one phone call. I've been waiting 2 weeks now. My doc entered the prescription right in front of me. Other meds? Meh... They don't care. The bring them when they bring them. NO COMMUNICATION. NO PROFESSIONALISM. NO CARE. If I didn't HAVE TO use them I'd go back to Walgreens in a split second! 😡

I love this Pharmacy. I've been using this Pharmacy for years! I refer to the women who work here as: The Ladies of Genoa, they are always so polite and engaging. I have never had an issue and they do everything to ensure that. I can get my meds. delivered but a lot times I go in just so I can say Hello. If you're having a bad day these ladies won't let you leave without a smile on. They're great!

Marta is the kindest, knowledgeable pharmacist I have ever come in contact with. She is patient with everyone and will take the extra step for her customers. The compassion that she has for others is immeasurable.

Genoa in Norwich is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever used. They go out of their way to ensure you have an excellent experience. They always answer my questions patiently and thoroughly. And that they keep track and ship my prescriptions on time is a real bonus. Highly recommend.
