Ethan from Geona in the medical center is was so helpful. He spent hours figuring out payment issues and delivery issues. He went above and beyond for me.

I have not had a bad experience with this pharmacy. If anything they go above and beyond to make sure you get your prescription(s) promptly. They can mail them out to you if you can't pick them up, they can also put them in a handy container that organizes them for you so you don't forget to take your meds and it helps you keep your meds protected from being lost or stolen. Ethan, has been great. He's fairly new pharmacist but he is amazing and Genoa should be grateful to have him on their staff. He's patient with all of the patients that come by to pick up medication, and not all are so understanding. But, he makes sure they leave calm and understanding why certain medication has to be picked up at a specific time, not any earlier. I appreciate his patience when not too many people would
