Started using Genoa to prepack an elderly family members medicine to increase medication compliance and accuracy. UNFORTUNATELY they often are out of stock of medications including common over the counter meds. Medications prepacked/ filled incorrectly despite clarifying with staff month after month. Sending and charging for medications not needed and having to send back. Turned into a bigger hassle than its worth nevermind the risks associated with my family member taking the wrong medication or missing some from the pharmacy . I was told that there is “staffing issues” and temporary staff dont know to look at how meds are supposed to be pre packed according to patient specific profiles. Disappointing.

Excellent, fast service and wonderful staff. They are friendly and very accommodating. I like that they offer free home delivery too. Much better experience than waiting in long lines like other pharmacies.

Very great and professional staff. Lanzy/ Nicole and other staffs are very helpful with our needs. Like this pharmacy.

Been looking for single dose packaging that doesn't mail it away. They do it, and are doing all they can to get me set up. Really appreciate the effort every time I call.
