Genoa operates the way that most companies did in the "good ole days!" They actually answer the phone and every technician I have spoken with provides excellent customer service! My former pharmacy, City Market, claimed they did not have refillable prescriptions to transfer and it was like pulling teeth talking with them and they refused to transfer the prescriptions. Genoa worked it out for me the same day! Another service they provide is FREE prescription mailing. I do not have an operational vehicle and we do not have public transportation, so it is such a wonderful service that they offer. I am so happy with Genoa and highly recommend them. It will be one less hassle in your life

They will take care of you. They are easy to talk to & knowledgeable. They are closed Saturday & Sunday. Plan accordingly to pick up your medication.

Absolutely wonderful staff. Kind, caring, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are okay. I would hope that all people dealing with mental health issues have this kind of pharmacy staff.

The Montrose Genoa Pharmacy is Awesome! Don't confuse them with Axis Health Systems, which shares the same building. The levels of care between the two businesses are also like day and night-- I hope Axis will change to be more like Genoa. Chad the Genoa pharmacist is super friendly and knowledgeable, and they indeed made it easy to have all my medications there, as well as helped with the flu vaccine. Most importantly, they and the Grand Junction location have so far been helpful through a pretty tough psychiatric medication situation. From personal experience with pharmacies across the state, and experience as a pharmacy technician, I've definitely noticed a glaring disparity between Genoa's high level of care, at least when it comes to behavioral health, and the rest of the pharmacies

Genoa Pharmacy is amazing. Personal service you can't find anywhere else. They have been providing monthly pill packets for my elderly mother in order for her to remain as independent as possible and have been awesome. I highly recommend their services!!
