I don't think I will ever be happy with another pharmacy after coming here. The folks that work here have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for me, doing everything they can to make sure I get my meds every month. Fast service and full of empathy with a drive to make things right if a problem arises. I nearly cried today when they went out of their way to contact my doctor and fix a prescription error for medicine I desperately needed. You can't go wrong here.

Genoa Pharmacy in McHenry surpasses in service /quality in comparison to Big Box pharmacies. The staff are helpful, courteous & go out of their way! 👏🏽👍🏻 Kind of like the old days when pharmacies weren’t chains.

This is what a friendly, professional pharmacy is supposed to be. Having had several bad experiences with "big box" store pharmacies, I cannot recommend QOL/Genoa more highly.

I love this Pharmacy. So much nicer than CVS or Walgreens. You call & can actually speak to a human.
