Disorganized pharmacy with poor communication I CALLED 1 DAY AHEAD THEY TELL YOU IT READY! YOU GET THERE AND your prescriptions are not filled, and no one else nose anything about medicine!! They don't CALL OR TEXT when they are done.THEN YOU GET THERE AND THEY DON'T MAKE ONE MEDICINE THAT HAS A REFILL ON SATURDAY.THEY SAY I HAVE TO COME BACK AND I NO THEY CAN CALL INSURANCE AND GET IT REFILLED 1 day ahead. Always a problem to get the medicine every time I've never had a smooth one since manager Sam has gone!!!!

TL/DR: disorganized pharmacy with poor communication that will lose your prescriptions and not fill your meds, was told they had mail delivery option and offered blister packs but never received either after multiple requests I tried to switch to this pharmacy last year. It was a disaster. The whole point was to get my meds mailed to me, and in blister packs/pill packs. Neither of those things ever happened, despite one of my doctors actually writing blister packaging on the Rx. I also went into the pharmacy office twice in person asking for these things, yet still nothing was ever put in a blister pack and no meds were ever mailed to me. The staff are awesome and the they all take the time to talk to you about everything

They not communicate well, they give me hard time, everytime I order refill and they said ready than later they did not ready my meds and give me different meds I did not order. Their system is terrible and they did not do their job, also they did not call me when meds is ready or not and I don’t know when is ready. Also they said will be ready but never ready take like month later they did not tell me truth and they keep lie to me and why did not tell me first place. Don’t keep said is ready and make sure is ready for 100% not they is ready later they not ready. They give me really hard time. And they not communicate with me and they don’t understand me at all
