Been trying to pick up medication for 2 weeks, they are always closed for lunch. Tried to call to see what time they were closed for lunch and never got through to anyone, someone answered every few mins and said to hold. This is as simple as updating hours online.

I would not trust them with any medication that requires you to take daily. They forgot to mail my medication to me, then when I went to go pick it up I found out the location I use was shut down without any prior warning to me. The new location my records were forwarded to provided me zero help. They required my provider resubmit before they would fill even though my prior prescription was never filled. Do not use!

I always received my son’s medication here in Winter Haven. I’ve since moved to Frankfort, Ky and was very fond of going back so so went to the location at New Vista in Lexington. I highly recommend this place as the staff there is amazing and always cared about seeing that my son had his medication.
