This is the BEST pharmacy! They are always fast and so friendly. They set the bar high if I ever move from Las Cruces. I didn't know that picking up meds didnt have to be such an unenjoyable task. The chore of waiting in a line of unhappy customers just to have to deal with an unhappy pharmacy staff is what kept me from wanting to seek medication for issues I had for a long time.

Something has changed dramatically. Customer service is no longer here and you're just a number now. Every conversation I try to have goes horribly wrong. The techs are always on the defensive instead of being helpful and friendly ready to listen like they used to. What is so hard about being nice? I understand people go through things everyone does, but to treat people without kindness and respect when I have done nothing but give and show respect first. And respect should be earned. You have lost all my respect. I'm not going to be pushed around. Be kind stop being so impulsive and listen. If anything else just be nice there is no reason to cut people off in conversation and tell them what to think there is no reason why a tech should tell me what to think.
