I never thought I’d write a positive review for a pharmacy but here we are. Genoa has made my experience so seamless and frankly, enjoyable. The pharmacy is clean, well designed and never crowded. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 mins to be helped. They are great about calling me to remind me about refills and always help me find discounts when possible. I love that they mail prescriptions too! So helpful when I have one less errand to run. The best part about Genoa, though, is their staff. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I could go on and on, but when you’ve only had negative experiences with pharmacies that have left you in literal tears…Genoa is a breath of fresh air.

6 Stars: I have been going to Genoa for 3 years now. They have gone above and beyond to help me. I want to especially thank Tracy and Linda! The Genoa team have helped with insurance authorizations when I switched insurers. They have worked with my doctor when my meds weren't available. Made sure my meds are shipped to me on time. Their communication has been honest and straight forward. I cannot recommend them enough.

Better than a chain pharmacy. They are reliable. Dr. Linda the pharmacist is intelligent and very friendly. The staff is also very knowledgeable and kind. Best Pharmacy in town hands down. Thank you guys! -Kristina

So helpful and they have certain medications that other places don’t have from shortages because the pharmacists are very diligent about checking availability. They also have friendly customer service.

Not recommended. Apparently operated by a single individual. Low inventory and poor customer service, citing errors and time off to assist a different pharmacy in Arizona which caused significant delay.
