Friendly & helpful staff. Service is great. It's a small pharmacy which has its pros & cons. I switched here bc Costco & Vons frequently wouldn't have one of my medications in stock & would have to order them which would have me running out regularly & going days without taking a dose. Also that screws up my medications being picked up at the same time & the gap would be pushed further & further apart as time went on. Genoa has never had an issue with that particular medication but have been doing the same thing with a different one.

Let’s go over my history with Genoa Healthcare Shipped the wrong Class 2 Amphetamines to my location. Paid a full year of medication where the employees stated I wasn’t covered. Then come to find out my insurance covered it after digging into it. Found out the employees entered my insurance information incorrectly. No refund offered or chargeback just well do better. Employees argued with me and stated unnecessary and unprofessional comments when I vented my frustration on paying 900.00 throughout the year only to find this out. Been with them for 3 years and all the sudden my identification doesn’t match their qualifications for an ID so now being refused medication. When questioned why all the sudden this change was made and why I wasn’t contacted knowing my meds were due to be fille

I visited Genoa Healthcare in Irvine for a doctor’s appointment recently. Overall, it was a pretty standard experience — nothing major to rave about, but nothing terrible either. It’s located in a somewhat industrial part of town, tucked near the 55 freeway. If you’re not familiar with the area, you might drive past it a few times before finding the right building. GPS will get you there, but don’t expect a scenic arrival. Parking was fine — plenty of space — but getting there was a different story. Traffic around this part of Irvine is brutal, especially if you're coming in from the 5 or 405. The 55 is always packed, so plan extra time unless you enjoy stress-sweating through red lights. Every month I visit Genoa pharmacy, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I receive From the moment I enter the store, I am greeted with a warm and friendly smile by the staff. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and take the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, the pharmacy have an excellent selection of products, and their prices are very competitive. The staff also go above and beyond to ensure that my prescription is filled quickly and accurately. Overall, my experience at Genoa pharmacy was exceptional, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality pharmaceutical products and services.

They put me on long holds whenever I call them. Once they put me on hold for +20 minutes, until I hung up and called again and and a sleepy voice responded, apparently they put me on hold without any intention to respond. Not recommended. Staff have attitude issues, and extremely unhelpful.
