Very rude staff. I will never use you or comprehensive again. Extremely unprofessional and you have no tact in dealing with people with mental illness. Very disappointed.

The pharmacy techs are nice but every single time I come pick up my meds I am waiting for a minimum of an hour. I used to be a pharmacy tech so I understand things take time and they’re always busy but it doesn’t seem like the people waiting inside the lobby are getting their medication filled priority over the ones that are not waiting here. Sometimes they even finish it and forget to let me know so I’m sitting around waiting for no reason.

Sam at the pharmacy is the only reason I continue going to this pharmacy. She goes above and beyond her job title and is the most selfless,thoughtful person I’ve met. In my 29 years of life I’ve never met another worker like her. She gives me faith in humanity. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Slow, rude, act like they can't see people at the window. It's insane.

Amazing service!! Sam is the sweetest and extremely helpful. I love getting my meds there, they are always so friendly.
