Had someone with billing belittle me and curse at me over checking on a prior authorization… tried to file a complaint and no one wanted to hear me. Shitty company. Use a different place if you want to be treated with respect.

I had an issue with my bill. I had talked to someone there, and I was told all my medications would be free. I ended up getting a bill for my medications. I called to pay the bill. Michelle answered and immediately saw the mistake. Michelle went above and beyond what her job requires. Michelle went through my medications from last year. She fixed everything that was wrong with how I was being billed, because of Michelle, I went from owing Genoa to having credit with them. Michelle was AMAZING!! We need more people like Michelle in the work force. Michelle, thank you again, you're awesome.

Great service and friendly people. I can't drive and they send me my prescriptions via FedEx like clockwork without me having to do anything. I've spoken to staff and the pharmacist on a couple of occasions and they were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

This is the BEST pharmacy I have ever used! They have the lowest prices if you are uninsured and the pharmacy staff are all caring and the pharmacist answered all my questions. This was helpful when my doctor changed my blood pressure medicine. I would rate 10 stars if available.
