Previously was at the Edina location, but due to issues with the staff there I decided to move everything to Eden Prairie. This team will actually work with you and your insurance, they go the extra mile to make sure everything submitted correctly. In Edina I had a bad experience with Angie the pharmacist who was there at that time, and one of the other employees makes me feel uncomfortable. I live right across the street from the Edina location, but I happily drive to EP to pickup my meds.

Update Holidays 2024: They promised to auto refill my meds twice after having called them, but now that i'm getting ready to travel to see family for the holidays, I realize they never sent me a refill and so I will be out of meds for the holidays. Unfortunately some of the meds have a horrible withdrawal and so my holidays are going to be awful. For critical meds, go with a pharmacy that can auto-refill. This is no longer true --> Seriously the best pharmacy to work with. Not only did they get over the PA quickly unlike CVS where it had been sitting for weeks (was on my third PA request), they ship the medication to your door next-day. I've not once had to go to their pharmacy and every time I call, they have the nicest person on the other end of the phone

I get along with the staff just fine but when it comes to them having my meds rdy when they agree to have them rdy ? 3 of 4 last times have been messed up or I had to get all my meds in separate sheets which messed up my month. This place is supposed to make medication convenient but its complicating my life pretty badly right now. Pretty let down. I am currently still waiting for my meds whilst I am supposed to be back at work. I will be significantly late now. Thanks guys! ......

Used this pharmacy for quite a few months one of there female techs is very rude & unprofessional it’s happened on several occasions with the same individual giving me a hard time over my medication refills. I will call them after my doctor appt giving them a heads up for my med pickup given the drive is around 30mins to there pharmacy & this tech will blatantly laugh at me on the phone as I’m suffering from a chronic pain condition and I’m just calling to have prescriptions ready she’ll insist that they can’t fill my meds the same day & that theres a line of people before me?! There is literally not a single person waiting on suite 300 whenever I go to this place . Great service. I use this pharmacy a lot. Josh and the team are easy to work with. I prefer to send all my new meds to this pharmacy as they help with the prior authorizations
