This place was convenient at first because it’s in the same building as my psychiatrist, but I’ve had continued problems over the past few months with one specific employee (I want to say her name is Carol or Cara? I’ve only gotten her name over the phone). She has repeatedly ignored me when I’ve gone to the window to pick up my medications, slammed the window in my face as I was asking a question, and spoken condescendingly to me for no reason. When I picked up one of my prescriptions today, I rated the pharmacy a 0 on the pin pad and she tells me “you can’t rate badly just because we didn’t fill all of your medications.” No, I rated you all poorly because 3/4 staff have horrible attitudes and customer service skills. Recently started using Genoa because other pharmacies never have my daughter’s prescriptions in stock. The 5pm close time can be a little frustrating but I’ve never had any issues getting meds filled. They’re quick and the one time they didn’t have a med that we needed, they ordered it and had it ready the next morning.

Go anywhere but here. They never fill meds on time. It's a constant fight with them to get them filled. Even when they tell you are ready they aren't. You wait hours.
