I Contacted Genoa to place refills and spoke with ruby. After going through paperwork and discovering i needed refills for other clients I had to call back an additional 2 more times. On the last call ruby stated, “is there anything else because you keep calling.” Which took me by surprise because I have never seen such blatant unprofessionalism especially from some on in the medical field. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. She responded as if I was calling her home or personal phone. She needs to work on her customer services skills and understand that rather some one calls once or five times you are to remain professional.

This pharmacy gets your medicine to you pretty fast. At the most you wait like 10 mins for your prescription at the most. They also offer delivery of prescriptions to your home.

They are the BEST pharmacy ever! I've been with him for years and they have always delivered my medicine on time and right away and have no problem sending it FedEx or through the mail, I absolutely have never had better service through any other pharmacy and so grateful that they deliver.

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with since I started coming they are very inconsiderate I've suffered from grand mal seizures and was violated in 2018 and in results have to take a regimen and anxiety meds and just as simple as trying to get meds 2 days early before leaving out of town for weeks that the state approve of a 2 day release if need be but instead they would rather give me the hardest time and inconvenience to even consider smh

the staff was very helpfuland did not take any time to get my prescriptions filled. thank you very much
