Very friendly and helpful. Once I started going I havent stopped.

I never share the unfavorable, nor the unpleasant, but I will highlight that Genoa is where I had all of my prescriptions transferred. Fast, friendly, efficient, accurate, and Genoa found discounts on generic prescriptions for which I had been paying full price at major pharmacies. When you're treated with such care and dignity, don't settle for anything less. Genoa ... 10/10!

I called to check on a faxed prescription. A Lawanda answered the phone. She was very short and rude. She actually gave me incorrect information. So I had to call back a second time. This time I spoke to a Tiffany who was also very short, rude and cold sounding on the phone. I asked a simple question about delivery that could be answered with a simple yes or no. And this time I could here Lawanda yelling in the background. This is the first pharmacy, in which I experienced attitude on the phone that felt like it came straight out the streets . And not the friendly sweet informational persons I was use to at Cannon Pharmacy. I will not be giving Genoa any of my future business.

Great pharmacy with genuinely caring and nice staff. Small pharmacy with short wait times, they will deliver for free, and prepackaged your medication in weekly packs. They have some of the best prices if you are paying cash or don't have insurance. Much cheaper than cvs, Walgreens and even Walmart on many prescriptions. They don't show up on the goodrx website, but worth comparing yourself to save a lot of money. They are located on the 2nd floor, room 216 near the stairs/elevator.
