The good news is the customer service was great. When I called in, they took care of my issue without any hesitation. However, the backend systems could use some enhancements. For my particular case, I usually order 90 tablets every 3 months. Then on my last transaction, I noticed a new option for 180 tablets. Because I was buying more in bulk, I figured I would save a few bucks and have it last 6 months instead. The transaction went through (meaning the prescription was verified and they charged my credit card) and everything was hunky dory. But what actually arrived in my mailbox was 90 tablets apparently because my prescription calls for 90 tablets (with X number of refills). So now I have two questions: 1. Why was 180 tables an option? And did you allow the transaction to go through? 2

Have been using this company for around 3 years now (back when it was mailmypresciption) and never had a problem. These past few months I noticed the company having issues following through with filling my prescriptions and now it has gotten to the point where they are completely incapable of doing business. I spent the past month having my doctor send my prescription to them 3 times to place an order only for Genius RX to cancel the order without contacting me. When confronted about the cancellations they said my doctor never sent the prescription (they had no problem figuring out how to charge my credit card for the order though...) I have never seen a company fall apart so fast and urge anyone thinking about using GeniusRX to save themselves the hassle and look elsewhere. That being sai

While I initially had a hard time getting what I needed via email, when I finally just called and spoke with customer service and Karen took great care of me. She was very helpful and had a great attitude, and she followed up by calling me directly with updates. I cannot express how nice it was working with 1 person instead of having to call in and talk to a different rep each time, which is the usual customer service run around. 10/10 would recommend, and thank you for your hard work Karen!

Website needs considerable work. The website should provide updates as to where your prescription is in the process. It doesn’t and won’t tell you anything. You will need to call which is another flaw. Prepare to sit on hold for an agent. I waited 40 minutes. Also, don’t leave a call back number. They will not call back. The only reason for a 2 vs a 1 star…their drug prices are way lower and they ship for free. Also, I received a tracking number 2 days ago. When I go to track my shipment it states, facility is waiting on package. So that doesn’t work either. They also should not claim you will receive within 5 business days. Mine is past that. I have no idea when I will receive.😒

I also have been a long time customer and I am disappointed with the service recently. I ordered my medication almost a month ago and still have yet to receive it. I have made multiple calls to try to resolve it. The wait time to talk to someone takes an hour. I email only to get conflicting answers. One person says my order is cancelled and the other says it will be filled in 1-2 days. My order continually says pending confirmation from doctor which is incorrect. Unfortunately, I can't go through this every time I need a refill. I will be finding a new pharmacy.
