Went in for a massage and adjustment on my first visit. A lot of instructions and paperwork right off the bat so you should expect at least 7 minutes of writing even if you've done intake online. Once all the paperwork is turned in, they take me to get the massage. I've had about a dozen massages in my life so I'm not an expert but this was hands down the worst massage I've ever had. Katie, I believe her name is, was my massage therapist. She asked what were my problem areas and I answered as she wrote them down. She also asked how much pressure I'd like and I replied all that she had... About 2 minutes in I could already tell the massage was not going to live up to my expectation as she applied light to moderate pressure during the massage, which can be expected from someone that may not
