Just had the nastiest, most uncalled for phone experience of my life. I called on 6/19 at 2:24 pm and asked for my contact prescriptions. The doctor hadn’t finalized it so I called back again and gave my email. The woman on the phone said “I JUST SENT IT” with the nastiest attitude and when I went to confirm my email one more time, she cut me off and hung up on me. I don’t know if the employees there need more customer facing training; I did absolutely nothing to warrant the attitude. Take your business elsewhere. And I just called back to complain to a manager and she hadn’t taken down the right email, which she would have had she listened the first time.

This is truly a great optometrist office!! Walked in everyone was extremely helpful. Staff at front desk explained all my insurance benefits to me. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and does a great job of answering my questions and explaining it in a way I could understand. Then after fitted for contacts, the staff behind the counter assisted me in ordering contacts to last me the right length of time. Quick, efficient, and friendly!! Perfect place.

So I went here for some prescription safety glasses and I was offered help by Jackie and Katherine. Both ladies were extremely helpful, got me what I needed in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend working with either of them, as they were extremely friendly and helpful.

Reception is horrible. Took 30 minutes for the young woman in the front to figure out why I was there, what insurance to bill, and check me in. Assistant who performed vision exam was extremely rude and kicked me out the exam room and told be to return to the front to pay copayment. I said excuse me if I was to pay a copay wouldn't they ask for that before calling me in. Her reply was she doesn't know because that's not her job. Walked to the front back to the same confused receptionist who said I didn't have a copay. Smh back to the assistant where the two confused and slow women began to speak to each other in their language and finally my exam was done. The doctor was pleasant however due to the distress I will take my money elsewhere. Thanx for the exam ill take my prescription to chea

This place is garbage and I have never experienced anything this awful ever. The younger guy, named Michael is the most disrespectful, unprofessional man I have ever come across. Aside from the awful treatment, the doctor gave me a wrong prescription - mixed up the left and right eye, and I had to wear the wrong lenses in the glasses for a month until I went back and got it rechecked at another place. Avoid this place at all costs.
