I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember and in recent years it’s very clear to me that the sales women behind the counter are doing some form of scamming. They use intimidation tactics to get you to spend more money and if that doesn’t work they’ll just downright scam you. I specifically remember requesting to not do the contacts exam because I was only coming in for glasses and I still had plenty of contacts left. Yet somehow there’s an exam fee that they claim I’m responsible for. They’ve refused to give me my prescriptions until I pay the balance which is very illegal and will be reported to the FTC. This comes after I had to wait a whole month for my glasses because the woman in the front ordered the wrong color and refused to admit her mistake. I don’t think the doctor is

This was the worst eye doctor I have ever been to. None of the workers are friendly. I even called before hand to see if they would be able to help me with my prescriptions, just for them to tell me they don't do prescriptions for hard contacts. Minus the fact I had to wait 25 minutes to use the restroom to put my contacts back in, because one of the workers wanted to blow up the bathroom while there being only ONE bathroom. You can only imagine how literally digusted I was, I didn't want to even put my contacts in after. All I wanted was a new prescription for my contacts yet the Dr decided I should try new lenses and gave me trial lenses and said he would call me whenever they arrived. My visit was October 2025, we're in 2026. If you actually care about your vision and want great service

I was genuinely surprised by how good the service was. I’d previously had a bad experience with Optical Express, so I went in expecting something similar. I asked Vision Express to fit new lenses into glasses I already owned, using a prescription from a previous optician. When the lenses didn’t feel quite right, the friendly member of staff openly acknowledged that the measurements were incorrect. She then suggested a new eye test, which the optician carried out free of charge. Vision Express replaced the lenses in my frames with the new prescription at no extra cost. Although the original measurements were wrong, they certainly didn’t have to offer a free eye test or new lenses with new prescription— but they did, and that really showed a commitment to excellent customer service. I’ll a

I went first time, it was a good experience . The lady who placed the order explained and was helpful in picking out a tint. Then the guy who took the measurements was nice and that was quickly done. Im expecting a call in two weeks the glasses will be ready I'm anxious to seeing them! I hope the outcome works well. 🕶️🕶️

BUYER BEWARE! Charged me $540 dollars for 4 packs of contacts that online are easily found on multiple sites for under 25 dollars. I went back to their store a few minutes after purchasing when I came to this realization. They were not apologetic, told me that the listings I saw online were likely fakes. They said they couldn’t accept a return and refund me, and when I threatened to have my order canceled with my credit card company, they snatched the contacts they just sold me off of the counter. I eventually decided to walk away with my contacts, and the $140 dollar refund they offered. I still seem to have overpaid by about $300. I understand businesses have to make money, but this is hardly a business. I will be conducting my business elsewhere and strongly encourage you to do the same
