General Surgery Associates-York Hsp

I had knee surgery today. I was able to reach them yesterday just before closing to find out what time to be there. I was never called? That was stressful! My experience there was exceptional! I couldn't find a ride home, instead of sending me home (after waiting 7 weeks due to Ins) My Nurse Nicole told me if needed she would drive me herself! Everyone there was great! Nicole was the BEST NURSE I have ever had. So kind and gentle. Never skipping a beat with personality, professionalism with exceptional understanding of pain, nervousness and stress. My BP was HIGH when I got there was normal after talking with her. Every Hospital needs a NICOLE! Thank You. #NICOLE,CYNTHIA SAYS...KEEPBEINGAWSOME!
