Outstanding service from start to finish! The dentist (Dr. Andrickson, make sure to ask for him specifically) is highly professional yet warm and personable, which is rare. He took his time, listened to my concerns, and made the whole visit stress-free. The work he did is absolutely fantastic! I’m truly impressed and grateful for the care I received. Thank you Dr. Andrickson! Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs an excellent dentist and will certainly be back A++

They gave me a heads up call for my appointment the day before , staff were nice. Enough room . Only downside was the wait. I got there early I was a new patient so I completed the paperwork but I still had to wait 30 mins after my appointment time to get X-ray’s and see the doctor. This a good place if you don’t mind the wait

I’ve given this clinic multiple chances, but I’m officially done. At my last appointment, I even took the day off work just to be asked, “Why are you here today?”the same question they asked again at my follow-up. Each time, they were supposed to call my insurance for approval on the dental work I need, and every time they clearly never did. Instead, they turn it around and ask me if I called my insurance, when that’s literally their responsibility since they’re the ones who know what needs to be approved. This place has zero organization or accountability. It feels like because most of their patients have Medicaid, they just don’t care or move with any urgency. I have excellent private insurance, and it makes no difference, the level of service and communication here is just unprofessio

Had a dental emergency and had my follow up and future work done here. Extremely professional, efficient and friendly staff and Dentists who pay attention to detail, answer all questions clearly to work out care. Highly recommend.

This dental office is extremely unprofessional and poorly managed. There’s constantly a problem with staff coverage—providers call out all the time, and if you have an appointment scheduled, they don’t even bother to notify you that it’s been canceled. You show up and find out on the spot. No call, no email, nothing. The front desk staff are rude and unprofessional. They speak to patients with attitude, and it often feels like they think they’re doing you a favor just by being there. Like the service is free, everyone deserves to be treated with respect—especially in a healthcare setting. It’s really sad to see this level of poor service being offered to the community here in the Bronx. People rely on these services and deserve better care, communication, and basic courtesy. Do better. I
