I understand for myself why this hospital is 2 stars. It's Terrible!! This is by far the longest I've been in ER without being admitted, 6 hours and counting! I've seen others come and go who came in after me. I'm not coming here again.

Gastroenterology Department. Do you ever call people back who need to schedule their procedures? You completely forgot to schedule my endoscopy in the first place. I had to call YOU to get the ball rolling with that. But I'm still waiting on you to return any of my calls. I waited weeks thinking your endoscopy suites were just that backed up. When I called yesterday, then called back two more times throughout the day, you sent me a message through MyChart that someone would call me back "shortly." You invited me to call back if I hadn't heard. So I did, a third time. The woman who answered seemed mildly annoyed. "I'll put in another request." This morning makes four attempt calls. I was prepared to award this hospital a five-star rating until the Friday nursing staff arrived. My boyfriend was hospitalized for five days following an accident. The nurses from Monday to Thursday were consistently kind and respectful. However, Friday brought a complete disruption; the nurse on duty was disrespectful and even exhibited racist behavior. The most concerning issues arose after my boyfriend's discharge, as his personal belongings, including his underwear and a $3,000 gold chain, were missing. The hospital staff was unable to account for the disappearance of these items. To date, we are still attempting to contact the provided number to file a claim.

If I could leave a review with negative rating I would. My daughter was in an accident and wad put into rapid evaluation area and doctors didn’t seem remotely worried at all about her. Few X-rays and then the nurse comes in handing her the discharge papers and saying here ya go have a good night…..no doctor coming in and telling her what they seen in the X-rays NOTHING um whatttttttt since when did the doctor not come and tell you what they think or what they see and furthermore do they not go over the discharge instructions or anything anymore???? Coming from a lifelong resident of Danville I know Abigail would shut this place down with the lack of medical attention being provided to patients. This places parking is worse than navigating in the deepest parts of NYC or Philadelphia. Not an exaggeration. It's a complete disgrace a healthcare facility was built this way. Can't imagine having to get out of here in an emergency situation. If you are coming here on your own and don't have handicap parking or have no one to drop you off to find parking good luck is all I can say or pay for valet. I hope you don't have crutches or pain walking because it's going to be a LONG walk. It's also very hard to navigate departments inside the facility itself minimal signage you kinda just have to walk around and hope you find what your looking for or find someone nice enough to show you where to go. Place should be shut down and completely redesigned from the parking lot up.
