Urgent care Pediatric nurses and doctor tonight 2/3/26 were awesome! You can tell they genuinely love working with kids and love their job. Very patient, thorough , supportive and kind. In a world where not enough health professionals care, these ladies are the best. Not everyone may have the same experience as I did, and that’s ok. However with a little bit of kindness it goes a long way. Change your mindset into more positive thinking and more positive will come into your life people(parents), for anyone that has anything negative to the staff. Do not project how you feel to the healthcare staff. Ladies at gswb continue kicking butt and making our little munchkins lives better one patient at a time!

I was here several times for mental health crises and did not expect to be treated well, but the ER staff were so kind to me. Legitimately the best in any medical practice I've been to, whether emergent or not, and that is saying a lot. I used to work in the ED once upon a time and I know the stress. I wish I knew your names and could thank you individually. Just know that you made a difference to someone at their most vulnerable moments. I'm doing well now. ❤️

I love their Urgent Care Center. The wait is not long and the doctors and nurses are phenomenal. Their emergency room is like any emergency room. The wait is sometimes long and sometimes not. You really can't have any expectations about the wait time. You'll just drive yourself crazy. Just go to their urgent care if you need to be seen quick.

Nurse Jasmine provided exceptional care during my treatment. She was kind, professional, and always made me feel comfortable. Her attention to detail and genuine empathy truly stood out, and she went above and beyond to ensure my well-being. I’m incredibly grateful for her support she made a difficult time much easier to manage. Thank you, Nurse Jasmine, for your outstanding care!

I cannot say enough good things about the pediatric urgent care. Our registered nurse Diane W was straight from Heaven, same with the doctor (I didn’t grab her name I’m sure I can find it). They took care of my son better than anyone ever has. They had to give him an IV for dehydration and an antibiotic, they did everything on his stuffed animal first. And they gave him a stuffed animal and put his arm brace from the IV on the stuffed animal once we are done with the fluids and antibiotics. These nurses need our help and support. The deserve to be treated with the upmost respect and recognition. I will remember Diane our RN for the rest of my life- THAT IS HOW MUCH OF AN IMPACT SHE HAD ON US!!!! 100000/10 would recommend.
