Geisinger Pharmacy at Healthplex Woodbine

Literally every month they mess up my daughters medication that stops her from harming herself (she’s autistic). Every month I deal w a meltdown for 3+ days bcus they always make excuses as to why it “has no refills” and I call the dr and I always get that she did put in one. Call back and magically they find it. Honestly do not know how they are in business. They never do their job. If my daughter ever has an autistic meltdown and harms herself badly, it’s on you. Tired of playing nice when they never do their job. You put pills in bottles and look at computer screens. Get your act together! Place needs shut down

While every other Pharmacy was out of stock for my sons medications for ADHD, and Autism, my Doctor called around and found them at Geisinger. The prescription was switched to Geisinger, and the RX was ready for me to pick it up, and there was no wait at the counter. Litterly seamless...the best service, and the fastest response anywhere...

The parking lot, has tight spaces. Not sized for full sized trucks.

Closed early today for some reason. Got there at 5:55 and the gate was already down. I was in need of my daughters meds and was not impressed that when they close at 6 that their gate was down at 5:55 needless to say I had to try to figure out a way for my daughter her meds she needed.

I don’t know how these guys do it, but they manage to constantly mess up my prescriptions. Every excuse in the book. I’ve had to literally take days off from work to undo messes a few times. Latest screw-up: a doctor who isn’t even a neurologist, canceled a filled prescription for one of my neurological meds. HOW!?!
