Geisinger Healthplex State College

Very crowded Drs seem to push products like they're getting a kick back for selling it. But over all the Drs I've seen are pretty good. The insurance companies are another story.

I have never had a worse experience trying to pull my records from a hospital. I was in communication with them back and forth for months trying to get my documents from them and they were unable to help me regardless of weekly calls on my end to move the process forward. They did not do anything on their end and I had to beg them several times in order to move the process forward. One of the worst experiences I have had the misfortune of dealing with.

Absolutely LOVE this place. Love the doctors, their wonderful. I wish we had a Geisinger in Ridgway PA.. EVERYBODY in the surrounding areas would DEFINITELY DEFINITELY DEFINITELY be going . One day!

Bright open space. Friendly helpful staff to help you check in at the new kiosks if you don't know how, and to help guide you in the right direction if you're unsure where to go. Parking is good with plenty of handicap/expectant mothers spots and handicap accessible doors at all entrances.

The folks are very conscientious and professional but I think they must be disheartened by the overload of patience & the long wait times even with an appointment.
