They need referrals from primary care for subspecialty systems even though the problem is clearly something that needs to be addressed by a specialist. Then their primary care is handled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant who might have no clue of the condition and recommend some form of holistic non interventional care for something that might need intervention. What a way to delay healthcare. Rural healthcare is shambles.

A year ago, my girlfriends appointment for a simple pap smear was cancelled after a 10 month wait. Yesterday, she calls to make another appointment as she's been having some difficulty. A one year wait to get in!!!! How pathetic for a simple procedure. They should be held accountable for not providing services they are being paid for. Any lawyers out there?

Might as well be an abortion clinic since they can't get expecting mothers in as quickly as possible once they find out they are expecting. Obviously need more doctors or a building just for expecting moms so you can get more doctors and staff available to see them. They canceled on us twice and can't even squeeze anyone in just for the simple talk and handouts they give for the first appointment and not a very good attitude towards us for the second cancelation. Will be in to transfer records and switch to different hospital.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! They double charged me February 14th 2023. I have been fighting with them for two months to get the extra back refunded to me!!!! Finally after multiple phone calls and them telling me they would call me back emails that weren’t found they told me today they would refund my money back just to call me again 10 minutes later to tell me they paid my husbands bill with that money which he had already paid!!!! They then put me on a hold again and saw that he did pay it! No apologies nothing! Absolutely ridiculous I don’t recommend geisinger stay away from this place they will double charge you and act like they did nothing wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never explains anything going on. Schedules appointments for me without my consent. Brittany Hunter whom answers messages for doctors apparently is super rude and unprofessional. About to find a new doctor as I have made complaints and they don't seem to care. It's all about money it seems like to me.
