Absolutely horrible experience. Doctors don’t do their job correctly. Had my son there twice in a week. Refused to give them a school notes cherry pick who they want to take back hours long wait for nothing. Staff plays on her cell phone instead of helping people we’ll be filing a formal complaint with Geisinger about their services I received today and how IAbsolutely horrible experience. We’ve always been seen fast and had great care. I’ve had a few ultrasounds here as well for my second pregnancy and everyone was so nice and welcoming. This is the only place I’ll take my son when he’s sick, they always take great care of him!

Went there on the weekend very sick. Tested for the flu and never called with results. Prescribed nothing. Said positive or not they would not give anything. Three days later even sicker, I go to my own doctor where they got a report showing I had tested positive fir Flu A. They were upset the urgent care didn't prescribeTamiflu so they called them and asked. There policy is to only give to people 65 and over or at risk people. I am diabetic, high blood pressure and only 61. Don't waiste your time or money going. They won't treat you, just tell you let it run it's course.

This place sucks. Went in for a cough and some chills, looking to get some kind of medication to help with cough. 5 hours later I am still in the exam room, they’ve done an EKG, bloodwork and gave me fluids because my heart rate is up. Maybe because I’m sick, haven’t eaten or drank all day, wasn’t able to take my pills because I came right here and now the stress of this?!. Now, I am still unable to go home pending bloodwork, and unable to eat or drink (I am diabetic!) because they are holding me here to continue to poke and prod at me. Doctor was only good for ordering tests, saying a few words and quickly leaving the room. When I asked the nurse for my results for my swab test that was taken OVER AN HOUR AGO, for Covid, Flu and rsv she said “oh, we won’t find that out until tomorrow”. Ma

I have been to this urgent care several times and everyone has been very very nice and caring. Place was always very clean and lots of room. I was an NA for almost 40 years and I would highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work.
