Before going to visit my son, I wasn’t feeling well. I decided to get checked in case I had Covid or the Flu. Terri greeted me at the Reception Desk and took my information. She was so kind. Anquetta Douglass(CMA) “Q” took me to the exam room and took my vitals. She was a bundle of joy especially for working on a Sunday. John Sharp(NP) did my examination and called my pharmacy for a prescription. He also did a Covid, Flu and RSV test promising me to have the results as soon as possible. Sure enough I had them early the next day and I was able to make my trip. These employees were wonderful! So caring, kind and efficient! Please appreciate your awesome employees Geisinger!

I had such a terrible experience bringing in my autistic child to get checked the PA who advised she was the Doctor and the supervisor refused to provide me her name when asked and denied treatment who I later found out is LAURA BRADY. The CNA was especially cruel when she laughed in my face and wished me a Merry Christmas as she taunted us while we were leaving the clinic. This place will be investigated. If you are of color or have a child with sensory needs be advised … please save yourself the heartbreak and go elsewhere…. Scrantons facility seen us the very same day and they were amazing

Great convenience great location. Little to no wait. Good people and a fantastic neighborhood location. Stop on by for some antibiotics!

I love coming here, the staff is always helpful and friendly! I only recommend this location! Anytime I come they always help me resolve my issue!
