I usually have such good experience here, but the Optical Techs have dropped the ball twice now this month. The doctor was wonderful! However, my daughter’s insurance provides two pairs of glasses. I was told they have to order them separately (one the day after the other). However, my daughter’s second pair was never ordered. I called about two weeks after we picked up the first pair asking for them to please order the second pair. They never even told us the first pair was in! We had to call them multiple times to finally get an answer that the first pair was in. We have now called and left serval messages regarding the second pair and the tech never called us back. I have to call and request the Pittston office and speak to other departments just to have anyone check. We still don’t h

Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable nurses that listened to concerns. Dr. Blase is an excellent doctor who takes his time and is very thorough with his examination. Always a pleasant experience when I receive my yearly checkup.

I’ve been seen at this office since I was a teenager, my children are also now seen here. I always feel welcomed and comfortable asking questions. They’re very personable here and truly care about their patients! Highly recommend this office to anyone!

I had a great experience from the minute you walk in everyone makes you feel welcome and that you are important to them. The staff is knowledgeable and efficient and very thorough. Dr Marilou very pleasant and takes his time to explain everything. I highly recommend Northeastern Eye institute.
