Very pleasant and respectful. A serious breath of fresh air from the urgent care in Bloomsburg. They are competent and I certainly trust them with my health care.

Discrimination!!! My name is Gage Trump distant relation to the big man. They allowed 2 people to jump in front of me because they went to the window and I went to the tablet where you’re supposed to sign in. They were walk in just like me. I walked in for an appointment for a very, very, very bad sickness that another person had as well, Same virus same symptoms, I was given absolutely nothing but an expensive x-ray bill that wasn’t needed. The other person got the medicine they needed and are feeling much better and here I am stranded having trouble breathing. Nothing but problems here just go to the one in Bloomsburg by the hospital. I’ve had nothing but great things come out of there. They actually help.

I made online appointment for 10:00 in the morning, I arrived after 9:00, they didn't let me sit around until 10:00 they took me in and was out by my appointment. Very quick and efficient process the head. Very pleased.

Minimal wait time and the staff was extremely nice. Checking in, seeing the doctor and leaving with my prescriptions took about an hour. The CRNP Faith Ann Befano was extremely compassionate and helpful. She made sure to listen to me and discuss any concerns I had and made sure I was ordered the prescriptions I needed.
