BEAWARE: DO NOT Waste your time with this lab… they are very unprofessional and rude with their work. They lost 2 of my patients impressions for night guards and the 3rd patient they said they don’t do hard night guards when the lab slip says that they do, I requested for The impression to be sent back to us and she said she would charge $15 to bring it. I will no longer send any more cases to them and the lab slips we had from them were THROWN AWAY in the TRASH where they belong! Do not waste your time on this lab.

Do not waste ur time with this lab. They are unprofessional and rude. They will double charge u for cases in which they mess up and say its your fault. They will loose slips and hold ur case and loose it until u call and complain. The manager either dosent understand English too well or refuses to listen to you. My dental office is so done with them. I just hope no1 else has the experience we have had with them. I can keep on adding on the number of things they do wrong but this will be 10x's longer. Dont waste ur money or time with them. There are more professional labs out there than them. And if they dnt wanna talk to u they will just no answer even if its important.
