If a rating of 10 was possible, that is what I think of Dr. Gayner and his staff! They are all exceptional in their field. As a retired RN with 46 years in nursing I have seen the best and worst in all aspects of health care and I know excellence when I encounter it. I had bilateral upper and lower blepharoplasty, face-lift and neck/chin lift. When someone who has seen you every month for 15 years tells you that they wondered why you look so much younger but they couldn't figure out why and you tell them what was done they are amazed. They said it looks so natural that you would never know! Dr. Gayner's expertise is exceptional and greatly appreciated. When another plastic surgeon tell you that "you look amazing" is the ultimate compliment to Dr. Gayner's expertise and I wouldn't hesitate

I get so many compliments about how young I look for my age. And it's due to Dr. Gayner's skill. The slashing crease that ran from the corner of my eye through my cheek is no longer detectable. At all. I didn't really expect to also look so much fresher. But I do. Thanks to Dr. Gayner's skill with filler - no more unsightly crease. With the surprising benefit of looking more youthful which makes me feel better about myself - more confident. And that is no small thing for a woman who is also a senior citizen. I discovered Dr. Gayner and was impressed by his personable approach to discussing facelifts and other cosmetic procedures. Dr. Gaynor and his staff are so professional and easy to talk to about all of the various procedures he offers. Scott has always had time to answer all of my questions and offered real life expectations about recover. You won't find a better physician or certified staff to support any decision you are considering, I highly recommend them.

I definitely recommend Dr. Gayner. I get injections in my forehead to fight a wrinkle that came with age. I'd much rather go to Dr. Gayner, who had years of medical training, than someone at a skin spa who learned it in a weekend course. Dr. Gayner is personable, quick, but most importantly thorough.
