I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Gauld Foot and Ankle. From the moment you walk in, you get the sense these people care about you. That should come standard at any practice, you’d think. But we all know it doesn’t. Who here hasn’t walked into a doctor’s office where someone half looks up from behind a sliding glass door and mumbles, “go ahead and take a seat. Come back when you’ve got it filled out.” It’s different here! You feel cared for. Everyone in the office is friendly and engaged. You can tell they work well together and care about what they’re doing, all of them. Appointments are efficient without feeling rushed, communication is clear, and the whole place just runs smoothly. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ushma Sheth. During my visit, I was given what turned out to be an incorrect diagnosis and was heavily upsold on products that did not help my condition at all. I was provided with little to no clear guidance on what I should be doing to actually address my foot problem, either in the office or at home. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism and the complete absence of effort to educate or genuinely help me understand what was going on. I left the appointment feeling confused, unsupported, and pressured to buy products rather than empowered with a treatment plan. I eventually went to a different podiatrist and received a completely different diagnosis, along with a clear, actionable plan for how to manage and improve my conditio
